Reservation Policy

We ask that you respect the property by abiding by the rules of absolutely NO pets & NO smoking allowed in these rental units. It is an automatic charge to your account on file and removal from the premises without any refunds!

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date and a $150 cancellation fee will be applied. If cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire amount unless we can re-book your unit. A 10% or $150.00 minimum cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, 10% cancellation fee for Winter Holidays (Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years/MLK/Presidents Day) and is non refundable within 30 days from your date of arrival. All reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

You must be 21 or older with a valid ID and credit card.
