| Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date and a $150 cancellation fee will be applied. If cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire amount unless we can re-book your unit. A 10% or $150.00 minimum cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, 10% cancellation fee for Winter Holidays (Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years/MLK/Presidents Day). |
